Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information HypersZone collects when you use the website and the game server, why, who can see it and what you can ask us to do with it.

⚠️ Important: Free Fire is a game owned by Garena. HypersZone is an unofficial private server run by its community — it is not affiliated with, endorsed, sponsored or operated by Garena. Your official Free Fire (Garena) account, diamonds and items have nothing to do with HypersZone, and Garena support cannot help with anything here.

1What we collect
- Sign-in: your Discord ID, username and avatar (we never receive your Discord password).
- Game account: your game ID, nickname, level, inventory, match results and statistics.
- Transactions: purchases, top-ups, market sales, trades, cases, upgrades, cash-outs and the diamond ledger that records them.
- Payments: the receipts you upload and, for cash-outs, the payout destination you give (account number, wallet address, holder name).
- Connection and security: IP address, approximate location and internet provider (including whether it looks like a VPN), browser information, and anti-cheat data sent by the game client.
- Messages: chat and direct messages sent through the website, and the reports you file or receive.
2Why we use it
- To run the Services: signing you in, showing your items, delivering purchases, processing top-ups and cash-outs.
- To keep the Services fair and safe: detecting cheats, fraud, multiple accounts and money laundering, and enforcing the Terms of Service.
- To help you when you contact us, and to understand how the Services are used so we can improve them.
3What is public
- Your public profile page shows your nickname, level, badges, game statistics, performance and recent matches, and the items you choose to show. Market listings show the seller.
- A banned account’s profile is hidden. Payment receipts, payout destinations, IP addresses and your diamond ledger are never public.
4Who we share it with
- We do not sell your personal data.
- It is visible to HypersZone staff only to the extent their role needs (for example, payments staff see receipts).
- Discord, for signing you in, and an IP-information provider used to detect VPNs and fraud.
- Authorities, when the law requires it or to protect users against fraud.
5How long we keep it
- Account, transaction and ledger records are kept as long as your account exists and as long as needed for accounting, fraud prevention and disputes.
- Connection logs are kept for a limited time, normally up to 90 days. Payment receipts are kept until the payment is settled and for the period needed to handle disputes.
6Cookies and storage
- We use one essential cookie to keep you signed in and your browser storage to remember preferences such as the language. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.
7Security
- The website uses encrypted connections (HTTPS), the administration tools are separated from the public site, and access to sensitive data is limited and recorded. No system is perfectly secure, so never share your sign-in links or codes.
8Your rights
- In line with Algerian Law No. 18-07 on the protection of personal data, you can ask to access the data we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Some records (transactions, fraud and ban records) may have to be kept where the law or the prevention of fraud requires it.
- Make your request on our Discord server from the account concerned.
9Children
- The Services are not meant for children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has given us data, contact us and we will remove it.
10Changes and contact
