Frequently asked questions
How do I get into the market?
Press Sign in with Discord and use the same Discord account you play with. Your diamonds and skins show up straight from your game account.
How do I buy a skin from another player?
Open the market and click a skin to see every seller, their price and the latest sales, then press Buy. The price is taken from your diamonds and the skin arrives in your in-game mail; press CLAIM to collect it.
How do I sell my skins?
In the Sell tab, pick one of your skins and set a price in diamonds (at least 50). The skin leaves your backpack right away and is held until it sells; when it sells you get the price minus a 10% fee. You can have 25 skins listed at once, a listing lasts 30 days, and if you cancel it the skin comes back by mail.
Why don't all my skins show up in the sell list?
Free skins that every player owns cannot be sold or traded, because the other side already has them. Only skins you really own on top of the free ones are listed. VIP accounts can neither sell nor buy on the market.
Why was I disconnected from the game after selling a skin?
If you are connected to the game when a skin leaves your account, you are disconnected for a moment so the game reloads without that skin. Log back in and play as usual.
How do trade offers work?
In the Trade tab you pick skins from you and skins from another player, and diamonds can be added on one side. When the other player accepts, the skins reach both of you in your in-game mail. Diamonds in a trade carry a 10% fee, each side can hold up to 12 skins, and an offer expires after 7 days.
How do I add diamonds to my balance?
On the Wallet page, enter a top-up code to add diamonds straight to your account. Other payment methods appear on the same page when they are enabled.
How do I report a scammer or a cheater?
Open the player's profile on the site, press the report button and pick a reason. The report goes straight to the HypersZone staff.
Does the site ask for a password?
No. Sign-in only happens through Discord, and neither the site nor the staff will ever ask for a password. Never give anyone your sign-in links or your codes.
